From programs to publications to legislative activity, committee members provide the strength that enables the Chapter to meet the needs of its member communities in our area.

ABC
The Board Leader Development Workshop: The committee is responsible for planning and implementing the annual Board Leader all day workshop. This is designed to provide a foundation for effective community association board leadership.
Annual Meeting / Awards
Responsible for establish the annual meeting and selecting and distributing the annual chapter awards.
Designation Advisory
Provides mentorship to managers who request assistance to achieving the CMCA and PCAM designations.
Expo
Hawaii Building, Facilities & Property Management Expo: Coordinates the booth presence for the annual expo to encourage membership in CAI.
Legislative Action
The committee exist to represent the interests of, and to provide regular communications to, CAI members regarding state legislative activities of relevance to the creations an operation of community associations.
Membership Directory
Responsible with the annual process of publishing of the membership directory.
Membership/Publicity
Charged with promoting membership and publicity in CAI.
Newsletter
Responsible for the bi-monthly publication of the chapter newsletter.
Nominating/Election
Charged with the annual process of nominating and election of directors of the board. Per the chapter bylaw, the Executive Committee shall designate the composition of this committee to be the Immediate Past President, the President-Elect and at least 3 other members of the chapter who are not elected officers and who are not running for election.
PMDP
Professional Management Development Programs: Responsible for drafting the annual request for courses and ensuring the requirements established by the national office is complied with for all approved courses.
Programs
Selects the seminar topics/speakers, establishes the schedule and ensures the seminars are produced.
